How do I make a reservation?

Booking with TransferMio is quick, secure, and effortless through our online platform.

If you need assistance at any stage, our customer support team is happy to help and can even complete your reservation on your behalf. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive your transfer details instantly by email.

How do I pay?

​

Paying with TransferMio is just as simple as booking your transfer.

​

Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a secure Revolut payment link, allowing you to pay in just a few clicks using your credit or debit card. Prefer a traditional bank transfer? That's no problem too.

Fast, secure, and hassle-free—choose the payment method that suits you best.

However you prefer to pay, one thing never changes: we'll be there to get you safely to your destination.

 

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

​

As soon as your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a confirmation email containing all your transfer information.

You can also log in to your personal TransferMio account at any time to view, manage, or update your bookings.

 

When should I schedule my pickup?

​

Simply enter your flight departure time when making your reservation and select your preferred pickup time.

As a general guideline, we recommend arriving at the airport:

​

  • International flights: at least 2 hours before departure.

  • Domestic flights: at least 90 minutes before departure.

​

If our team believes your pickup time should be adjusted, we'll contact you before your journey to ensure everything runs smoothly.

​

What if I have extra luggage?

​

Travelling with oversized luggage such as golf clubs, bicycles, surfboards, skis, or additional suitcases?

Simply mention this in the Special Requests section during booking. We'll ensure the appropriate vehicle is assigned to accommodate your luggage comfortably.

 

Can I travel with my pet?

Absolutely.

Please mention your pet, including the carrier or crate dimensions, in the Special Requests section when making your reservation. We'll ensure a suitable vehicle is arranged whenever possible.

How will I find my driver?

​

Your professional driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point, holding a personalized sign with your name.

Detailed meeting instructions, together with your driver's contact information (where available), will be included in your confirmation email.

​

What if my flight is delayed?

​

No problem.

​

We monitor flight arrivals whenever flight information is provided. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust the pickup time accordingly.

​

What if collecting my luggage takes longer than expected?

​

Simply contact us using one of the contact methods provided in your confirmation email.

We'll keep your driver informed so there's no need to worry.

Can I request a stop during the journey?

​

Yes.

​

If you require a short stop during your transfer, simply let your driver know. We'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

​

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant journey for all passengers, smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are not permitted in any TransferMio vehicle.
